From the time of quote to execution the Terminix team has down an excellent job. Representatives were knowledgable and very patient during service and offered education on about how to the rodents can be handled and left with follow up appointment.Their deligence and commitment is highly appreciated.
Great costumer service, communication, response, and in consideration of toddlers regarding treatment. I don’t know if it’s just the nature of the situation, but we needed a couple (3 so far) of visits to get rid of our ant infestation. Problem is greatly reduced, but not gone yet, thus one less star, but hopeful and would use again.
We have been customers for about 10 years and overall we have been very pleased with the service, with one exception. As a whole the technicians have been thoroughly professional, communicative and responsive.However, 3 months ago while neither I nor my husband was at home, my husband had to clean up the cobwebs the technician had overlooked. He called the Terminix office and complained, he was heard and was assured someone could return to our home and the job would be done right. He declined the offer as he had cleaned up the leftovercobwebs.Services: Hornet & wasp extermination
