I had my first waxing appointment with Cat today after my esthetician of 20 years retired, and I couldn’t have asked for a better transition. Cat has this free‑spirited, feminine‑goddess energy that instantly puts you at ease. The whole salon feels like a sanctuary, warm, creative, and unapologetically individual.

She was gentle, thorough, and made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. I left feeling cared for and uplifted. Highly recommend Cat, and I’m already looking forward to coming back for a facial.

I seen Cat yesterday for my first time and OMG, it was beautiful, magical and so relaxing. Felt 100lbs lighter when leaving and my skin feels amazing! If you’re looking for good skincare and a bounty of knowledge Cat is your girl!!

I had an amazing experience at Wax Craft in downtown Pleasanton. Cathy is truly awesome at her work. I barely felt any pain at all. She is so welcoming, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about skin. Her experience really shows; it honestly feels like she has 20+ years of expertise.

I’ve been looking for an authentic and trustworthy place for intimate services, and I’m so glad I found this place. I’ll definitely be a regular here for a long time.
