Cierra was very kind and payed great attention to detail in her work. She asked me before my massage what I wanted to focus on and any pain I was feeling. I have scoliosis and struggle with back pain and I walked out feeling great!

I shout Lynn’s name from the rooftops! She is an amazingly skilled, experienced yet intuitive massage therapist. Perfect massage! My sessions with her are deeply relaxing and also help functionally with my back and shoulder issues.
I love her new beautiful location (next to the delicious Press). I’ve experienced a wonderful sound bath there with Tiffany, another practitioner at Rooted. It was grounding and healing…and super relaxing.

So happy to support Rooted Wellness and Spa — Lynn is an incredibly talented and truly therapeutic massage therapist. I came in with shoulder, hip, neck, and back pain, and without me even mentioning the specific areas, she was able to intuitively target exactly what needed attention. Each visit addressed different pain points, and I’ve consistently felt real relief afterward.
She also carries high-quality products, including doTERRA and Eminence skincare, which was a pleasant surprise since I needed a few items anyway. The space is welcoming, professional, and relaxing, and you can genuinely feel the care she puts into her work.
