QuietCool Guys was very easy to work with, from start to finish. They answered all of our questions before a tech came out to go over our options. The tech was so knowledgeable and experienced, which made the installation process very smooth. We had many questions for him before the installation, and he was able to navigate through all of that so that we could make the final decisions on product and placement. We’re very pleased with our experience and looking forward to enjoying our new fan!

I got yo know about this contractor from Quiet Cool website…it appears they are the only “platinum “ ranked dealer in the Bay Area. I called them yesterday morning and I was assisted on the phone by Drew who was extremely helpful in understanding my needs and proposing the best possible solution. The office manager Haily followed up right away and gave me an appointment today between 10 and 1 pm. I got a txt from the crew ( Cody and Zach) at 9:45 am that they will be here around 10:15 am.
