I highly recommend sports plus and Dr.Justin Traille. I injured my hip 14 weeks into the New York marathon training. I had limited time to recover as I needed to do a 20 mile run still. I googled sports medicine and came across a SportsPlus in Pleasanton. After reviewing the website and the reviews, I decided to make an appointment. Dr Richard Asturias was recommended to me by a very good friend and I will forever be greatfull to her for the recommendation. My lower back has always bothered me off and on since I had my children 39 years ago. So l've learned to adjust and try not to do anything to have a flare up. Well it just happened about a month ago I woke up with a pinched nerve and could hardly move. That's when my friend recommended Dr Richard and he not only relived me of the pain I was in by but I have felt remarkably better in my back.He really knows what he's doing.Don't accept pain like I did for so many years, make an appointment and allow him to help you live a better life. Dr. Asturias is the man , I get banged up pretty often from sports related injuries or bad posture e.g. slouching lumbar pain. He has helped me every time with lower back and cervical spine adjustments to exercises that help keep the pain away. When im in pain hes the first one i call , Thanks Doc!!
