First time went there and it was a good experience . Take a number and wait your turn . Only issue I saw was not much waiting area space . So might be difficult on busy days and they will call you based on ticket number . So you might just have to stand outside .

I have been coming here since Minh moved over from Cosmo's. I was shocked to read some of the horrible reviews. Don't those folks have anything better to do than rant about a hard working team of folks led by a wonderful lady?!sure language can be a little bit of issue but they try so hard to satisfy each customer. I reached there a little early 9:10am as they open at 9:30am. No problem. They welcomed us and happily took care of the four customers who had arrived. Haircut was good and reasonably quick.I moved 30 miles away a few years back. Last month, I went to a local barber shop that charges $36 for a haircut. Plus tip! 10/10!!!!If you are looking for a amazing haircut for a great price this is the place to be! I have read some of the negative reviews and it's completely false! This place is always professional and courteous making customers a priority. I have been a customer for about 4 years, for those not familiar with the process it is based on a first come first serve process, if you have a preference on barber then you can wait. I always wait for Tiffany and she has always been honest with me on how many people are waiting for her, at that point it's at the customers discretion to wait, choose next available or come back.
