After recent power outage, our garbage disposal switches on with a noise but does not fully turn on. Tried a few hours later and it turned on fully, but failed to come on next time we tried to use. Reach out to TTL on Monday, they came on Friday (wanted to come on Wednesday but we weren’t available). They were able to switch on unit fully upon arrival. Since unit was last replaced 11 years ago, we decided to replace unit and also the pipes under the sink which were partly rusted. Job completed in 1.5 hours. I reached out to Tim twice for different water heater issues. They are always responsive and they tend to treat customer as friends instead of one time customer or rush to a business so they can make money: Tim taught my husband and I how to flush the water heater so we can do it ourselves. Tim tried to understand and solve my problem over phone to save my time and money instead of rushing to service quote.
