I visit the montrose location but I am willing to drive to silverlake to experience her class. I feel so comfortable in her class and i always have so much fun! She is the best. I 1000% recommend you take her class.... If you can get in! Since starting lagree I no longer have back pain and look forward to my workouts every day. Love these classes.
