“Absolutely loved my class with Jennifer. She was so knowledgeable, friendly, encouraging, and overall a stellar instructor. The studio is clean and cozy. The workout incorporates the cadillac, reformer, and chair which I’ve never taken a class that has that. As a someone new to cadillac and chair, Jennifer made me feel supported and challenged. I can’t wait to take her class again.”
