Pilates With Ashlee- PWA

My husband and I have been seeing Ashlee for over 2 months now and have loved our experience! Both of us were new to Pilates and she's not only been patient with us, but also keeps every session fun and different. I don't think I've ever felt stronger. Highly recommend!

Let me start by saying, I was an absolute beginner to Pilates when I started… I had taken two group classes and could tell I needed one on one training if I ever wanted to see results.We’ve been at it for about three months now and I’ve already had to buy new jeans, I’m down a whole pant size.What’s even more amazing is that each session is personalized to you and your needs. I felt incredibly awkward with the machine when I started, but my confidence shows now (it may not seem like it, but this is a huge testament to her ability to work with any body).I’m truly in awe of the results I’m seeing.
