I loved working out at Lagree! I took my first class here through class pass and I had an amazing time. It was a great workout, I was sweating, and I definitely felt it the next day! The instructor was friendly and very willing to help out since I am a bit new to Pilates but I will absolutely be back soon!

Whenever I'm in town from Spain, I book a Lagree workout here. First off, it's a workout method that is not available yet in Barcelona where I live, and it's the only way I can get a full body workout in under an hour. The instructors I've had were all very helpful for when an inexperienced person like me gets confused. There's also a sister studio from the same owners in the Arts District (which is easier to park at). I just go to whichever studio has availability.

Rachel is amazing. I would skydive without a parachute for her. I would dance on a pile of loose legos. So I'm glad I just have to join one of her Mega Burn classes! Much easier
