Chris (the owner) knows what he's doing and every class is intentional. Solid split workouts through the week. He's also an athlete so for me personally I'm a fan of learning and following a training routine from someone who's been there, done that, and still doing it! An added benefit is his dog Kobe being in the mix everytime I'm there! If you're looking for a "I can't wait to workout" type of environment -- Everfit is the place to be!!!! LFG!!!!!!!!“

Gil is a phenomenal trainer with an impressive depth of knowledge in fitness, nutrition, conditioning, and strength training. Every workout he designs is meticulously planned, combining exercises that are both challenging and incredibly rewarding.
He takes the time to assess where you are in your fitness journey and then motivates you to push past limits you never thought possible. Through a combination of diet and structured workouts--I lost 10-15 pounds, dropped at least a size (if not more), and achieved weightlifting milestones I never imagined. His emphasis on proper technique ensures workouts are safe and effective, minimizing the risk of injury.

It was not until I began working with Jonathan that I felt that I had the information I needed to heal. And heal I have. Then he tried different exercises until he found the ones that were pain free but improved my mobility and my strength. I am so lucky to have found Jonathan. After hearing about my struggle with back pain when lifting he offered to give me tips on my form and did an incredible stretch session that honestly left me feeling 2 inches taller! I got to meet the manager in Body Mechanix too and they were both so friendly and professional. Thanks for the kindness to someone who isn't even a member (yet) Tarrell. He's the real deal, highly recommend the staff there.“

2708 Willow Pass Rd, Concord“Came here for my first Bootcamp class via ClassPass. When I arrived, I wasn't sure if the place was actually open for business because it was boarded up on the windows. With reassurance from the owner (whose phone number was on Google), it was indeed open for business, I was excited to get moving for my Friday workout. I was introduced to the owner and other people who showed up for the class and I could tell they were regulars. The place looked pretty legit as you know I love legit gyms :-) I was asked to disinfect the bottom of my shoes as street shoes aren't allowed on the floor, since we laid on them for floor workouts. That made me feel better because I ain't tryna rest my head on a floor where people before me don't know where to walk sometimes and you don't know where they come from ahem, SF CITY STREETS!!! This was my first Bootcamp class in a long while so I was pretty thankful that Virgil (owner and trainer) allowed me to modify my workouts. It was a damn good sweat and I had great energy the rest of the day.“

“On the outset, I had talked to a few different trainers, but John had a good vibe and I generally felt confident with his approach to correct form. In addition to being a highly knowledgeable trainer, he's also just a rad human! Definitely recommend giving him a call.I worked out with John 2x a week for over 6 months while easing back into shape. My goals were to gain muscle and avoid injury, and he helped me achieve both. I had a DEXA scan, measuring body fat and lean muscle, before and right at the end of our time together, and I had a pretty big improvement, which we were both stoked about.I knew I would eventually "graduate", and John set me up to be able to move forward on my own in a gym and feel more confident creating workouts for myself. He even checked in with me a few weeks later to see how I was doing and if I needed help decoding any of the machines.“
