I’m 70 and was just diagnosed with arthritis in my knees. I thought this was the end of working maintenance in a power plant. Brazilian dancing and hiking. But Bernard Go gave me exercises and stretches that vastly strengthened my core muscles in my hips, gluts, hamstrings and quads. I still have arthritis but it’s not stopping me from doing the activities I love.
Bernard Go has been a physical therapist I have gone to for several injuries, most recently a reverse total shoulder replacement. He is outstanding...extremely knowledgeable, and knows how to work with me to produce the best results.
Two other therapists have also worked me at Stretch-n-GO, and they were excellent as well. This is a wonderful facility!
