“I have an extensive fitness background and I can say without a doubt that Framework is absolutely the BEST gym I have ever been to. Lauren and Jocelyn have created an incredible community with workouts that are scalable to all levels and let you really challenge yourself and have fun while doing it. Whether you're a totally beginner or a competitive athlete, their group workouts are excellent and the variety keeps it fresh and interesting. I seriously and truly can't recommend this place enough. Just take a class and see for yourself, you'll be happy you did it!“

Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional are words to describe Jeremy and Evette. They make each visit a delightful experience. They provide expert guidance, motivate members and help individuals who need modifications during class. Hygiene and cleanliness are clearly a priority at this gym as equipment is wiped down after class and the gym is cleaned at the end of the day. “This place is Expensive and I am not some chuckle driving the Mercedes! Actually, I live in a Trailer Park I have worked very hard for my family all of my life I am 62 and it's time for me to invest in myself, I saw this 20 minute work out on Facebook and It's twice a week. In the past, I would try to exercise and after a few weeks, I would have to stop due to neck and back pain.This is different. It's just me and my trainer in the gym. 20 minutes 6 or 7 reps with heavy weights in slow motion and I am in the best shape and stronger Than I Have Ever Been after 6 weeks!I I“
