I've been a client for almost 4 years now and really love coming here. I've been able to lose fat, gain muscle and set PRs thanks to the caring and knowledgeable trainers. They have all the equipment I need in a clean and welcoming environment.

This is an update to a review I posted 2 years ago. I've been a client at Bay Area Trainers for nearly 5 years. I began my journey in order to get strong and build muscle for my overall health and to keep up with my grand children. Early last year I learned that I'll eventually need a hip replacement due to osteoarthritis. I just celebrated my 64th birthday and I can say without a doubt that the exercise routine and focused training has kept me moving, comfortable, and has delayed any hip surgery. I have been working with Shama for about 2 months . She keeps me motivated and is very encouraging. It has been about 12 years since I last worked out. This is an excellent 1:1 experience. I am working on getting rid of excessive waistline and seeing results already. I'm glad I joined.
