I’ve been taking a class with Michael for almost a year. We focus on balance, strength building and coordination. Skills that I use throughout my daily life. Michael has a vast knowledge base, extensive experience and a keen ability to make modifications. His easy going and non-judgmental approach make our class enjoyable. Michael worked with at my level and showed me stretching and strengthening exercises to build core strength and muscle building back exercises. He created a fitness program personally for me to improvemy back and over all health. He is knowledgeable and very supportive. Michael is a wonderful fitness instructor. He is sincerely interested in my wellness and is willing to work in conjunction with my Physical Therapist to improve the loss of muscle.
