I started with Everfit in July. Originally looking for a one on one training but because of scheduling issues, it wasn’t going to work out. I decided to check out the group classes and after a couple of classes I was hooked. Every day, the class focuses on different parts of your bodies so it forces me to work on things I normally neglect. Like booties.. OMG, I HATE booties workout and would probably not bother if it’s not for Chris’ Wednesday class. I love Everfit for how welcoming it is and the quality of the workouts. I had been out of the strength training game for a while and started back in June of 2023. I am stronger and feeling so fierce based off of the talented group of people who coach at Everfit. Chris is super inviting and takes the time to properly adjust you during workouts. Highly recommend.

Or, if you're seeking a community where you can start and/or end your day with positivity, fun and the guarantee that you'll leave 1% better, Everfit is also your place. Chris always gives me options (even when I don't ask) when I'm not feeling one of the exercises (torn meniscus) or leaves me alone when he intuitively knows that I am pushing myself as much as I can...
