The Technique Physical Therapy
“I am an amateur Muay Thai fighter and have suffered from shoulder pain for many years. In my last fight back in March, I dislocated my shoulder. I wanted to avoid getting surgery so I opted to start getting serious about physical therapy. I saw Rob and he gave me a comprehensive analysis of what was going on with my shoulder - and what I needed to do exercise and lifestyle wise going forward to prevent further injuries. The road to recovery was slow at first but I can confidently say the program he created for me has helped my shoulder tremendously. I am so happy to finally get some progress, as this has been an on going issue for years. I also got a massage/bodywork done from Napier which brought even more relief from the pain and discomfort I was dealing with. It felt so good I had trouble staying awake during the session! I highly recommend The Technique Physical Therapy for anyone dealing with body pain or discomfort.”
