Best customer service I’ve experienced from an HVAC contractor! There were a few times I needed to follow up when they were busy, but once I had their attention, the service was excellent. The installation team was great to work with. They answered all my questions, and when challenges came up, they focused on finding solutions without complaining. It was refreshing to work with a team like that. We had an issue with one of the units (not the contractors fault) and I was very happy how they handled it. And I’ve had a chance to use the new heat pump units for both heating and cooling and we are very happy with the performance. I would definitely recommend them.
The MechPros team did a good job helping me find a good solution for my cooling problem. They helped me explore multiple options and pick one that was working within my budget. They were very easy to work with throughout the process. I recommend them for any issues you have with AC, mini splits with central AC. Paul and his team are awesome.
My AC went out a few months ago during the heat wave. The original company that installed the AC 3 years ago didn't want to take responsibility of fixing it. After a couple of months of trying to find someone to fix our AC, a friend recommended MechPros. I emailed MechPros of what has happened to the AC, Kelly was fast to respond. She got Paul to call me and I gave him details of why the AC stopped running. We texted to try to get the unit fixed. They ordered the part, squeezed us into their very busy schedule and their technicians came and got our AC up and running.
