MechPros Heating and Air Conditioning

I highly recommend Paul and MechPros. They recently replaced our old Goodman gas furnace and AC with a Mitsubishi heat pump system. I got multiple quotes and MechPros was very competitive. Paul (the owner) consulted in-person and thoroughly answered all my questions. The installation was where he really shined: custom sheet metal floor pan, custom plenums, VERY clean electrical, closet walls lined with reflective foil insulation. And the work areas were left cleaner than when they arrived. Paul does the type of work that shows real pride.

Best customer service I’ve experienced from an HVAC contractor! There were a few times I needed to follow up when they were busy, but once I had their attention, the service was excellent. The installation team was great to work with. They answered all my questions, and when challenges came up, they focused on finding solutions without complaining. It was refreshing to work with a team like that. We had an issue with one of the units (not the contractors fault) and I was very happy how they handled it. And I’ve had a chance to use the new heat pump units for both heating and cooling and we are very happy with the performance. I would definitely recommend them.

The MechPros team did a good job helping me find a good solution for my cooling problem. They helped me explore multiple options and pick one that was working within my budget. They were very easy to work with throughout the process. I recommend them for any issues you have with AC, mini splits with central AC. Paul and his team are awesome.
