We had an excellent experience working with MechPros during the most recent heat wave. Kate is a wonderful first contact and kept us very informed regarding the time frame and cost. She was also very patient answering all my questions and concerns! Despite several unexpected complications with our air conditioning system, Paul and Will maintained positive attitudes throughout. Paul explained each step in an understandable fashion and we were very impressed by their diligence and creativity. They are a great team! Installation went great. They were professional and kept a tidy and clean work environment. Heat pump system is running great. Will be looking forward to them installing our heat pump water heater hopefully soon
