“TLDR: Great job on a repair by a couple of guys who know their stuff and are genuinely nice human beings.Our furnace stopped blowing air, so we had effectively no heat or AC. I had a recommendation for this business from our neighbor, so I called for help.Two gentlemen, both named John, came over to troubleshoot. After I explained the situation, they navigated the obstacle course of our attic space and started digging into the problem. They diagnosed the problem as the furnace's control board, or maybe the blower motor (which I suspected). They located the needed parts, and said they'd set up another service call to do the actual repairs. A few minutes after they left, they called me back with a new plan, they'd just go grab the parts (warehouse in Concord) and come right back. No objections from this end!After they got the new control board installed, we spent a little time testing everything...they changed the filter and asked me to run the AC and then heat. They checked the air flow at all the vents to be sure everything was OK. No upselling was involved, I specifically asked how our system looked to them and they said other than the problem they fixed, everything is running fine. We had a few minutes of downtime here and there to chit-chat. They answered all my questions and I have the impression of professionals with a good store of knowledge and experience.I'd definitely use this company again if I needed HVAC repairs or servicing.“
