Excellent service and highly recommend East Bay Heating & Cooling!! We had issues with our heating system and East Bay fixed it right away. When we had issues with our AC we knew just who to call to do a great job. We called them a 3rd time to clean the sediment from our water heater. Very professional and pleasant to work with. As promised the team showed up exactly at 9:30 am. Being a witness at a similar installation done years ago I was highly impressed with the quality of the tools being used. The technicians were polite and they answered all my questions in an easy to understand manner. The removal of the old system happened quickly, all the new components were positioned correctly then the prep work followed ensuring a flawless installation. I was not at all surprised to see the system working properly for the first time. What a difference it makes to have a team of techs doing such a professional job.
