He was on time, professional, patient and explained in detail what was needed and why, provided numerous quotes giving options for my ultimate goal of adding for the first time AC. He gave a quote for complete new system, water heater and ductwork. He also gave quote without water heater, just ac and ductwork. Although everything was excellent my budget was cost prohibitive because I wanted to remodel kitchen and bathroom first. When I’m ready for HVAC system I will definitely hire Perfect Star.“

“This company installed a heat exchange unit in 2024 that works fantastically, providing heat and cooling using all our existing ducts. We were thrilled with the results. I thought I was supposed to do annual “tune-ups” and set up a service appointment. Jim came out, checked my filter, confirmed it was clean and said as long as my unit seemed to be heating and cooling properly, and air filter was changed if dirty, there was not much to service and nothing needed to be done. He did not charge me for coming out and said to call if I noticed the device not heating or cooling properly. I was so impressed how honest and helpful Jim Tarabini was. It’s so rare to find companies that don’t try to “pad expenses”. Highly recommend this company for their work quality and honesty.“

“Randy was so helpful and persistent when installing our new Sears Heat Pump. We have a 1950’s home which was not designed for all this newfangled technology. So it was tough to find out why exactly the heat pump would work for a little while and then stop. He came back 4-5 times to trouble shoot. Randy was so apologetic but we appreciated his determination to make it right regardless of the rain or time of day; which he did! ? Turns out the existing wiring was the problem.
