“Our AC unit finally gave out after 20+ years during the 114 degree heatwave in Brentwood. We heard about Energy Solutions from a friend and the owner, Dan, was able to come out the day we called him. Not only did Dan's quote come in lower than Elite/Fairview/and others, but he was able to start installation on Monday (he came out on a Friday). Dan also had the great idea to reroute our unit and put it on the side yard, which totally opened up our back patio. The work was exceptional and Dan's crew even matched and painted everything to blend in with house. The job passed all tests and was permitted with the city. Definitely give Energy Solutions a call!“

“Called them because my A/C was not working. They told me they were booked 2 weeks out in the hottest of days. I thought that might happen and waited the two weeks. Someone had recommended them. After booking my appt. Two other friends had also used them. The serviceman was punctual, professional and checked different areasIncluding the filter because sometimes people just forget about them.He told me what the problem was, he had the part and the price out the door. “Over the past couple years we've had to add refrigerant to our AC system. We were aware we needed to bite the bullet and replace the 24-year system. Finally we were referred to TRI-CITY Heating and Air-Conditioning, Inc. We also researched the company and determined that not only were they highly-rated and trustworthy, but their qualifications were stellar. We contacted Stephen to request an assessment and follow up with an estimate. We appreciated the fact that Stephen returned our call within a few hours to schedule the assessment. David came to our home and the first thing we noticed was his professionalism in greeting us and introducing himself. He then recapped the problems we shared with Stephen and asked if he's missed anything. He took the necessary time to conduct a walkthrough to assess the existing HVAC system outdoors and inside the attic. He then spoke with us at length first about his findings but also a solution that would solve our problem. Based on this encounter and the homework we'd completed in advance, we felt confident that we were in good hands with TRI-CITY. Within a week, Stephen contacted us to discuss at length the proposed solution and shared the estimate which was very reasonable for the increased amount of capacity and the labor to install the new HVAC system. David and Jacob were an awesome team; they both were respectful, personable and knowledgeable, and worked efficiently to get the job done. We so appreciated how they kept us in the loop and at the end of each day, reviewed what was completed and what would be the focus for the next day. We were also amazed at how neat and tidy they left our home each day. On the last day, they looked a video of the work completed in the attic and showed us how to operate the new thermostat. We can't say enough to sing their praises; we'll conclude by saying that we're so thankful we chose TRI-CITY and will recommend this company in a heartbeat!“

Next visit found the leak and now the new part is on order. Very kind, prompt in showing up, and let’s us know what is going on. Excellent!
