“When my 84 year old father needed a new heating and air conditioning system in the beginning of July during the heat wave, I searched online for the best company and Galaxy heating and air was our first choice. After reading the reviews on all platforms and Better Business Bureau. We called the Galaxy and made an appointment. They were very patient with my father answered all of our questions and even came out a second time to answer more questions before doing the installation. We got a top-of-the-line system Trane/Americian Standard since both my father and myself both have Trane systems and both have lasting over 20 plus years we decided the same would be best. The Installation team was top-notch In and out in one full day. They cleaned up so well you would’ve never known they were there. My father couldn’t be happier Because his house is immaculate. Again, These gentlemen were professional, and very Respectful of my father and his property. We can’t thank them enough for their hard work in getting my dad’s new system in so quickly. “Hometown Heating really came through for me. Andrew, the technician, had excellent communication throughout the entire process and clearly has the experience needed to handle complex jobs. Out of the three companies I contacted, Andrew was the only one who identified asbestos—something the other two companies completely missed.

Because of that finding, they couldn’t immediately provide a quote for further review, but Andrew stepped up and managed a complicated situation by coordinating with an asbestos abatement company while also completing the crawlspace ducting and vent replacements.

The team was on time and always did exactly what they said they would do. The project took about three weeks to plan and only two days to complete. The final price was higher than I originally expected because of the complexity involved, but considering the amount of work, the quality of execution, and the difficult environment they had to work in, it was absolutely worth it.“

After a couple of months of trying to find someone to fix our AC, a friend recommended MechPros. I emailed MechPros of what has happened to the AC, Kelly was fast to respond. She got Paul to call me and I gave him details of why the AC stopped running. We texted to try to get the unit fixed. I met with Shay for a home consultation recently and was given a comprehensive bid to renovate two bathrooms, a kitchen, and dining room fireplace. He was knowledgeable, detailed and even pointed out potential water damage from an unrelated roof inspection that my husband and I ended up having to handle right away. I interviewed two other contractors and HQR's bid was pretty comparable with consideration of adding the cost of sourced materials.
