Very happy with Big Air. They are on top of their game from start to finish. They even went back and forth with the HOA to get full HVAC installation approved. Great prices, easy to communicate with, friendly staff, and clean install.

🥰This is a professional and efficient team for installation. They also clean up after themselves!!! Management does an excellent evaluation for your system and also in competitive pricing! I have used them for 16 years and highly recommend them for annual maintenance as well.
We had a wonderful experience with Jordan Wayman from Big Air Heating & Air! Our AC stopped working during the heat, and Yordan went above and beyond to get it working again.
The repair was time-consuming and challenging, but he didn’t give up. He was patient, hardworking, and he did everything he could to find a solution and get our AC back up and running. We really appreciate his dedication, especially in the heat and under difficult circumstances.
It’s not every day you come across someone who genuinely takes pride in their work and cares about helping the customer. Yordan was professional, determined, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process.
