Since our inception, the primary goals for our growing company remain unchanged: to provide energy efficient HVAC products, outstanding customer service, and practical solutions for heating and air services for residential customers. Customers report that the staff is extremely informative and helpful from beginning to end. One customer’s AC stopped working, and a team of guys got started on the project first thing in the morning and had it completely repaired within two hours. Another customer met an employee at a home and garden show, who explained the new heat pump system and helped find rebates. The crew did a good job of cleaning up and explaining how the new thermostat worked on a phone. A thorough inspection and estimate were done in a timely manner, and installation occurred the following week. The crew was on time, friendly, and professional. One customer received a new ductless split system, and the installers did a great job installing the splits in only 2 days and left the house in great condition. The service was described as excellent and above and beyond.
I had a great experience with Refreshed Heating and Cooling. Our AC stopped cooling unexpectedly, and they were able to schedule us for the very next morning. Paul arrived on time, was professional, and quickly diagnosed the problem.
He thoroughly checked the system, confirmed the refrigerant levels were good, and found that the issue was simply a failed capacitor. He explained everything clearly, including what to expect as our 12-year-old system ages, without any pressure or scare tactics.

Refreshed Heating and Cooling is a great service with a no-nonsense team. I spoke with the owner and worked with Paul, the Service Manager. They clearly know this business, genuinely care about the customer, and simply get the work that needs to be done — done right. Professional, straightforward, and reliable.

I can’t recommend Refreshed Heating & Cooling enough. From the very beginning, they were honest and never once made me feel pressured into replacing my system.
Our 21-year-old HVAC system started vibrating so badly that you could feel it through the ceiling. We first went through our home warranty company, and after two visits, we were told old systems are loud, and nothing could be done. Looking for a second opinion, we called Refreshed, and Paul immediately diagnosed the actual problem. He explained everything clearly and gave us options instead of jumping straight to replacement.
