Got referral from the pool removal service I chose, mentioned by some of their happy clients who used Saroni. Marlon picked up my call. Knowing that I live outside their service area, he was very apologetic about it, which made me feel that he felt bad he could not help me. He then went ahead to give a good 5 minutes of tips I should be aware of, when I look for the right service, from the weather of days I plan for the service to what kind of contractors I should be looking for for HVAC relocation. Then at the end, Marlon apologized again, and saying they can't ask their service guys to go too far out of their regular area. He left with, if I have any additional questions I could always call back and ask them. And this was just a cold call for a quote from me.
