Was able to get a service appointment later the same day that I called. Juan is a smart, friendly, respectful technician who diagnosed and fixed the problem with our HVAC heat pump quickly. Turned out the OEM capacitor that failed in our 5-year old Trane XR condenser was a lower-end Chinese-made model which Juan replaced with a more robust USA-made capacitor.
Juan did a great job fixing my ac. In less than an hour, he diagnosed and fixed it. Their prices are reasonable too.
I met with 3 different people from 3 different companies. One came out, checked my AC gave me his contact info and told me I'd have an estimate by Friday. Nothing. I contacted him on Monday. He said he'd have it for me in 3 hours after he leaves SF. Nothing. Lost my business. Second one comes out, checks my AC, pulls my credit for financing. 0 interest for 5 years. I get the estimate for a 3 ton AC. Smart Heating and Air Conditioning comes out. Rep spent 2 hours with me and answers all my questions. No pressure, just facts.
