Smart Heating and Air Conditioning tech Sam Hakimi came to do a heater checkup on March 15th. I thought it was going to be a rather lame, 10 or 15 minute affair like has happened before with other HVAC companies, but no, it was an ACTUAL checkup. He spent about an hour here carefully inspecting, measuring, calculating, taking all kinds of pictures, etc. At the end, he advised of the findings, including how the people who installed our system about 10 years ago picked totally mismatched and sub-optimal equipment and how that will result in reduced lifespan of our heater, and some things we could do in how we use it to extend that lifespan as far as possible. Sam is the best! Extremely knowledgeable, professional, courteous, friendly, punctual, and knew exactly what he was doing. He was very thorough and took time to explain his findings from his inspection of my heater to me. I will definitely be using smart heating and air conditioning for all of my future needs.
