Hometown Heating really came through for me. Andrew, the technician, had excellent communication throughout the entire process and clearly has the experience needed to handle complex jobs. Out of the three companies I contacted, Andrew was the only one who identified asbestos—something the other two companies completely missed.
Because of that finding, they couldn’t immediately provide a quote for further review, but Andrew stepped up and managed a complicated situation by coordinating with an asbestos abatement company while also completing the crawlspace ducting and vent replacements.

Today Tech Ramiro did an AC checkup for me and found some issues that may have caused Big problems in the future! He went over the issues, showing me photos he took, and stated the prices to correct. There was no pressure to do anything today, but pricing was reasonable, so I elected to go ahead to avoid headaches/emergency calls later!
Ramiro completed the work in very reasonable time, and again, covered everything he did
