I have Hometown Heating and Air Conditioning and they are great. Rito was here to do my yearly inspection to make sure everything was working properly. Before he started he let me know what he was doing. After the service was completed he let me know what he found and everything was great. He made a couple of suggestions that would help. He was great and I definitely would like it to continue doing my service when needed. He needs a raise.
To add to my review Hometown Heating and Air Conditioning has great employees. I have had different ones and they have all been great. Rito needs a raise.

Excellent service from Ricardo! Ricardo came to perform maintenance on my HVAC system, and I was very impressed with his service. He was professional, kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my system was running properly before he left. I really appreciate his attention to detail and great customer service. Highly recommend Ricardo!

Service technician Marcos was great! Friendly and professional and thorough and found a clogged drain that was leaking in the heater/ac equipment and getting the furnace filter wet. He even taped up some insulation that had come loose and put un the new filter. And it was a great price. I have been a customer for a lot of years with Hometown and have been very happy with all the technicians that have come here. A great company!
