“Elliott Air Systems did a phenomenal job with the installation of a new Carrier heat pump system in our home. They carefully removed the 80 year old gas furnace from the crawl space and patched all holes. They installed the air handler in the attic and carefully cut in all new vents in the ceiling. Duct runs in the tight attic space are installed with the highest level of care and craftsmanship. They were extremely diligent about managing dust and mess; the only sign that they had been in the house were the new vents in the ceiling. As an architect, I have the opportunity to work with a lot of different contractors. Based on the great experience I had working with them in my home, I highly recommend Elliot Air Systems to all of my clients. Great value, phenomenal work; EAS earned my highest recommendation.“

“There is no one better than Don. Simply put, he's the only one in the business I trust. He's not going to B.S. you into spending money on something you don't need. I had two different AC companies this past summer tell me I needed a new furnace and AC system because I had leak in my system. Cost would be over $20K. Don came over and found a small loose gasket which was leaking gas, which somehow the other two companies missed after being here four times , and possibly even intentionally caused (I was also charged over $1K to refill the puron gas multiple times). Don had a gas detector that didn't pick up any other leak. Net net, Don saved me at least $20K which I'll be forever grateful for!!“

While the technology and the hardwares used are employed by many HVAC providers, the operation touches the attic to the crawl space and will take several consecutive days to complete, and the cost is not inexpensive, so organization, time management and customer care are critical to a desired outcome; and these are ECO's fortes.

From the initial call to the project end with a sign off from the city inspector, everyone including ECO's outside contractors worked with me; they thought of things that I did not even notice.

“I cannot say enough good things about Qual-Tech AC & Heating and their technician, Christian. After being without AC for two months, I had already gone through four different AC companies, none of which could figure out the problem. To make matters worse, I kept being told my unit was an Inverter system that they didn’t know how to work on.

Christian showed up and immediately recognized what all the other companies had missed — my system is not an Inverter AC, but a regular system with a circuit board that allows for variable speed startup. That detail had confused every other technician, but not Christian. While I waited for a truly competent company to arrive, my second AC went out as well. Christian was able to repair both units quickly and efficiently.

For context, one of the first companies I called treated my system like a guessing game — swapping out parts on my 2-year-old unit and even over-pressurizing the system, which caused it to fail after they left. Christian found and corrected this issue right away.

We had a great experience with Big Air Heating and Air Conditioning this week. The technician flushed our water heater, replaced the anode rod, and installed an expansion tank. From start to finish, the service was professional, friendly, and informative.

What stood out most was how willing they were to explain what they were doing and educate us on the condition of our water heater and the purpose of the repairs. “We went to fire up the furnace and no heat. If you are reading this review you are no doubt inundated with the amount of people that can replace your furnace or air conditioner. I asked our plumber Jason Cooper who does all our work and is very trust worthy who would he recommend and his response was immediate - Wes Gardner. Wes came on site and the control board was dead and it was a $1000 repair and Wes recommended we replace the entire unit because it was 17 years old and get this the air conditioner was the original from when the house was built in 1977. There was also a multitude of other issues that Wes found and repaired like the air return being disconnect and drawing air from outdoors. Wes was great to deal with, straight forward and matter of fact about what we needed and no over selling on all the gizmo's you can get these days. We felt in very safe hands and Wes had us back up and running in less than a week with a brand-new furnace and air cond even with all these "supply chain issues". When I sent a text to Wes thanking him for getting us operational before Thanks Giving he responded that he takes pride in his workmanship and it's clear that he does and he has years of experience to go with it. I definitely recommend Wes and Gardner Heating and Air Conditioning.“
