“We were two days away from a huge July 4th celebration when our central air conditioning system stopped working around 10PM. We’d been in the house for less than a year after returning to the Sacramento area from out of state. I was happy to find Bradshaw Heating and Air was still in business and I called just after 8AM the next morning to see if there was any way to make an appointment before our party. Knowing how busy they’d be in the heat of the summer I was happy to hear Roy tell me he could come the next day – just in time to save our celebration. He’d been working until 10:30 the night before and already had a full slate of appointments scheduled that day, so I was surprised when he texted me that afternoon and asked if he could come at 5:30 to assess the problem. When his van pulled up in front of the house I was glad to see he and Dallas were still a team. They’ve been doing this for so long I truly believe there’s no problem they can’t solve. It took just a few moments to diagnose the issue, and they had our system up in running in a few minutes. I could’ve called another company, but I relied on Roy and his team for years before moving away. I know I can trust them to show up when needed and they’ll never try to sell services that aren’t necessary.
