We hired Allied to install a lift and a dryer plug in our shop. We also own local business. Every single person who came was extremely professional. Although we had a few hiccups durring the job, They 100% stepped up and made job right. In this day and age the TRUE Review of a company is not when everything goes perfect but how they handle things when problems come up and Allied Impressed me and did what was right. Its good to see another local company that has the same values that we have. We will never use anyone else moving forward.

Call MPH Heating and Cooling! Our AC went out during one of the hottest spells this summer and Maurice came within a couple hours on a Friday to troubleshoot and diagnosis. We knew we had an older system that would eventually need replacement, and Maurice offered us both a replacement and a temporary but immediate fix. We opted to replace (was quoted $6,000-13,000 below a larger competitor - this other company diagnosed an issue about 8 months ago that was incorrect). He was able to schedule for the following Monday. On Saturday evening he reached out and could get guys to come on Sunday morning. While we didn’t expect AC until Monday sometime, they came and we had a new AC unit placed and running within a few hours (less than 48 hrs later)! He returned within 2 weeks to finish the furnace/heat portion. All of the men were polite, knowledgeable, performed quality work and left zero mess. Highly highly recommend!
I thought the duct and vent repair would take a couple of hours, but it took most of the afternoon due to a blockage they found that required extra cleaning. The staff did a good job explaining everything and ensuring the airflow was restored correctly.
Quad City Heating And Air Conditioning did a great job installing a HVAC system for me in my newly built home. I got three estimates for my HVAC installation. One company couldn't give me an estimate as they said the truss webbing was to tight for them to install the metal trunk. Another company gave me a much higher bid. This company is friendly and professional. They will treat you right. Highly recommend.
Robert is wonderful and took the time to help diagnosis the true problem with my AC and not just keeps putting a bandaid fix on it like other companies. He’s fair and kind, and his employee Chris was kind and friendly. I don’t usually feel comfortable having men working in the house when my husband isn’t home, but these guys were good, solid men and I completely trust them.

Donna at Prescott Valley Dog Squad is superlative! Our Dog Chili spent three weeks with her while we were out of town. Chili spent the nights at Donna’s residence, Donna took her on field trips so she learned socialization in different conditions. Donna would send us photos and updates. We were concerned about leaving Chili for so long, but seeing how happy she looked made us feel good. She’s so well trained. Chili walks well now; were she used to pull hard, knocking my wife down several times. She remains under control when we come upon other dogs and neighbors. She sits and lays down on command. She comes when called. Importantly, Chili is more content now that she knows what is expected of her. I strongly recommend Prescott Valley Dog Squad.

I don't normally leave reviews, but in this case I thought I should. I made my appointment online. I don't always trust online systems so I tried calling to confirm over a period of days. Not sure what happened but I don't think my messages were going through. Found another number and got ahold of someone the day before hand. Woke up the next day and got a call from the owner unfortunately the stylist that my appointment was with had a personal matter come up. The owner went above and beyond trying to get me in the same day after I mentioned that today was my only day available before my baby shower this weekend. She did such an amazing job on my cut as well. My hair is better than i could have hoped for after going a year without any attention. Will be a repeat customer for sure.

Prescott Valley barbershop is mine and my son’s favorite barbershop! My Son is a Young Marine so he gets military haircuts but most barbershops don’t know how to do it… Lisando on the other hand is amazing at doing military cuts, he’s very thorough and precise and knows what he’s doing… My son and I are so happy to have found this place and at a great price. I've seen Morgan twice now for facials and I can truly say that she's amazing at what she does! When I turned 36 I realized that it was time to start putting more care and time into the skin on my face. The facials I've had with Morgan have improved both the look and feel of my skin! I had to call and make an EMERGENCY appointment because I, a 30 year old woman, lost a fight with a roller brush, and had to cut it out. I asked for someone with expertise on bangs because I've had them before and knew it was going to be one hell of a cover up job. Brisa KILLED it! She not only hid my "monica" bangs so that barely any styling covers the chunk missing, but she added in some layers, cut off the dead ends, and made me feel so gorgeous and comfortable! I will definitely be going back to Fashion Zone just for Brisa!!

Michael was a very nice young man. He explained everything that needed to be done. He was very thorough and tidy. Our valve in the master shower was leaking. Unfortunately the parts for the old one were no longer available. He had to cut into the wall behind the shower and replace the valve and shower head and handle. He repaired and spackled the wall before leaving. I would recommend him for other plumbing repairs.

This is the best experience I’ve ever had with a plumbing company - bar none. We just had our water heater replaced, and I am seriously blown away by the level of professionalism. Great experience. Mark came out the day after I called even though it was not an emergency. Did the toilet install in an hour. Also I think his truck was the first contractors truck that didn’t leave an oil stain in my driveway!

My wife and I needed help fixing a flooding issue under one of the rooms built on a crawlspace in our house out in Williamson Valley. I got on the internet, called around to several contractors in the area, and HRS were the only ones who were not only interested in helping but did not hesitate. Some of the other businesses never even called us back...
HRS ended up not only helping us totally solve a daunting issue, but also re-wired part of the house due to rodent damage, re-landscaped the terrain around the house to redirect water away from the foundation, installed French drains, fixed access points to the crawlspace at various locations around the house, repaired damaged fencing, built concrete stairs to the front door with a new sidewalk, and re-roofed our shed with a metal roof. I might even be forgetting some things...oh yeah - and repaired some termite damage!
Bottom line - they saved us and were happy to do it when no one else was. The owner Hue, Chad the foreman, all the office people and every carpenter and laborer that works for them is outstanding. They were always on time, polite, more than courteous and accommodated us in every way possible - and last but not least their work is top notch! The communication and scheduling throughout our project was outstanding.
I cannot recommend them enough - I'd give 'em 20 stars if I could. They don't know it yet but we'll be calling them again here shortly for something else...

The appointment went well and the staff were friendly. I was frustrated by the amount of prompts that I got to complete my intake paperwork ahead of time. It was also stressful that I would have had to either reschedule my first appointment or pay for x-rays out of pocket if the x-rays for my last dentist didn't get to their office by the time of my appointment.

I made the mistake of going to another dentist when I had insurance in Sedona. All of the fillings the Sedona dentist filled fell out shortly and the community dentist had to fix them all! I have never had any problem with any of his work! I'm always impressed! Above and beyond! And everyone there is kind! I've recommended so many people to go here. - patient of close to 10 years!

Dr Larson has been treating me since 1998 and he cured my migraine headaches I was getting after a severe whiplash injury.
Dr Sam is a man who listens to the patient. He is willing to research your symptoms and offer treatment options. He wants to treat you till you don't need it and then tell you so. Best Chiropractor ever.
I had been dealing with severe knee pain and low back discomfort for two weeks. Had an adjustment with Dr. Kai on Monday. My L3 was out. Still had pain the rest of the day. Woke up Tuesday and the pains were gone. Now, Wednesday, still no pain. Thank you! I can get back to exercising and enjoying life.
This was my first visit with Dr. Besson.
He was very attentive to my needs. Dr Besson provided a thorough review of the X-rays and recommended the proper treatment to relieve the pain. I was extremely pleased with the results.

Our tiny 4lb Yorkshire Terrier “Ben” got into a toxic plant, and we were extremely worried. We called Kachina Veterinary and were seen within 35 minutes. The team acted immediately and decisively, they administered a vomiting aid and activated charcoal, monitored our little guy, and provided IV fluids to support him.
Thanks to their quick, professional, and compassionate care, he was able to vomit most of the toxic material safely, received thorough monitoring, and was cleared to go home just a couple of hours later.
We couldn’t be more grateful, the staff made a scary situation manageable and treated our tiny dog with such care and expertise. Highly recommend Kachina to anyone who wants fast, knowledgeable, and compassionate veterinary care. Extra shout out and thank you to Amy for getting us in!
I whole heartedly recommend Pet Dental USA to everyone! I took my 10 year old Chihuahua to them to get her teeth done and they came in under the estimate. They don't try to add on tons of stuff you don't need like others. I will continue to use them for all my pets dental needs.

Tessa was so patient with my nervous dog even after he snapped at her. I ended up putting a muzzle on him and she continued trimming his nails. I will definitely use her services again and highly recommend her to anyone who needs their dog groomed.
Critter Clippers has been amazing! Every time I take my double doodle in she comes back looking wonderful! They are very patient with my puppy since she gets nervous with people she doesn’t know. Makenzie is awesome. Highly recommend!
I have been going to Jonathan for 7 or so years now. I moved to Prescott from Chicago, where finding a deep tissue guy was easy. Here, it took several and I was about to give up trying when I got a massage from Jonathan. His knowledge about the body and muscle groups and where pain really is originating from is top notch.

We found Kathy, via Groupon, over 8 years ago and have been going to her since. Now, we live in the Phoenix area and drive up to see her because she is That Good! In fact, when we get massages during our travels or can't see her in town, we compare all other massage therapist to her...and there ia just no comparison!

One of the best massages I have had in awhile. The male masseuse did a fantastic job and worked on all of my tight spots. Super reasonably priced and super friendly staff.
Physical therapy, being the necessary evil that it is, can be constructive if you have the right resources and you commit to the requirements. I found working with Scott Madsen and his team in Prescott Valley to be a very positive experience. They were always very supportive and easy to work with. I developed a positive rapport that persisted throughout the 2.5 months required to return my knee to golf-form after impactful surgery.
While it is a relatively small facility, they have everything I needed. And the one-on-one services felt very personal. While I hope I’ll never need PT again, I’m comforted to know exactly where I’ll go. Thanks, Scott and team. I appreciate all you did for me.
