It was 6pm on a Friday night. I was exhausted in my failed attempts to fix a main line water leak in my house. The water was off at the street but I needed to get water back up and running and I ran out of ideas, patience and energy. I called one plumber and no answer!?! I met Ted a month prior on a different matter and remembered he was a plumber so I called him. I was very pleasantly surprised when he told me he would be right over. An hour later the leak was fixed and life was back to normal. I am very grateful for his quick response, professional attention and empathy to my situation, and being able to fix it. Ted was able to be at my house first thing in the morning with less than an hours notice. We are so thankful for the quick, affordable, quality work that Ted provided. He also kept in touch with us to make sure that everything was working correctly.
