“The most caring, professional, best treatment I know of. Our new puppy has Parvo on the 3 day we had him. 1 pound 3 oz. He stayed in hospital for a week. We were taught how to provide home care a now have a remarkable 6 pound playful beautiful dog. They did it all. We received updates every day morn and night during his stay. Yes it did cost but we had the best treatment around. Bless the staff there.“

“My daughter did the footwork for me and found that alot of vets charge $800 for anesthetic alone. So happy to pay less for total treatment. DO NOT understand people that are unhappy with their prices!!!! Must be new to AZ???“

“I am new to the area and was having a hard time finding a vet office who would answer their phone and when I finally did get through, it was days before they could see my sick kitty. I called Prescott Valley Pet Clinic. Rachel answered the phone, listened to me, was kind and scheduled me for the same day. The office is large, clean and I love that there are separate entrances and waiting rooms for dogs and cats. Robin, the vet tech was so kind and caring and really took her time listening to me. Dr. Shaun Merchant was exceptional. He was so caring and personable. He spent time with my cat, asked questions and suggested treatment. He did not rush into anything and did not try to push anything on me. My cat is doing so much better already, and I am thrilled to find a vet office that really cares.“
