I have a rock eater who got himself into a situation. Dr. Frank and Trish were on top of everything and were very informative and thorough. They were proactive and put my mind at ease. You can tell that they truly care for the animals. I know my pups are in great hands.
Dr Franks is the only veterinarian that sees our pets and our family's pets. They've been doing great work in our community for ages and I'm proud that humanity created such a gifted and loving caregiver for our loving family members who can't help themselves. We've been taken great care of when momey was tight so it's no burden when it's not as tight. We always receive a personal follow-up call from the doctor and she always knows what's personally going on with each animal. Honest love. Thank you Dr. Franks!
New to the area and took my dog here for sudden onset of hip pain and His decreased ability to get up from lying down. The experience was fantastic. Dr. Rogers was very accommodating, knowledgeable, offered me a conservative approach as well as next steps if there wasn’t an improvement. She’s soft spoken with the animals and my big guy really Seemed to like her. A+
