We visit the property about once a month to check on progress, and whenever we have questions, the team answers quickly.
The layouts are well designed , the included features are generous, and the views are stunning! If you’re looking for new construction close to downtown Prescott, this is the only place to be.
First Choice is the only clinic for me. Both my doctors are there. Everything I need can be taken care of easily. All the staff are wonderful and kind. I highly recommend both doctors.

AZ Oriental & Specialty Rug did a great job cleaning and moth proofing my Moroccan rug. They also added a sleeve on the back so it could be hung on a wall. Ruth was a pleasure to deal with and was always responsive to my calls and emails. She carefully examined the rug and pointed out “discrepancies “ (usually present with hand knotted rugs) before I left it in her care. Totally worth the drive from Phoenix.
Joe and his company did a great job of cleaning our garbage can that was so stinky we couldn't leave it in our garage!! Thank Joe! We also want to recommend his gutter cleaning services. We live in the midst of pine trees and Joe spent several hours on a very thorough cleaning and at a very reasonable price. We'll be using him on a regular from here on out!
My daughter received an absolute GORGEOUS blow out from Tess! First of all, the salon is adorable. It's a Dolly Parton-themed space with vibrant colors and western charm. It's clean, organized, and intimate, making it the perfect spot for an afternoon of self-care. The prices are extremely reasonable, and they even offer weekly packages for blowouts. Tess is a community-driven advocate who takes pride in her work, and in her involvement with Moms in the area. She gives a great leg and foot massage, gets rid of my hard calluses, and my toes stay pretty and polished for 5+ weeks with regular polish. no gel nails needed. she takes care in trimming cuticles and cutting nails. I've waited to do this review because you can always leave a salon looking good. But for me, the sign of a good haircut is when you begin styling your hair afterwards and it still looks good. I'm very happy with my cut. Also, just walking into Tara's little boutique salon was inviting and Tara was just a pleasure too. I highly rate her salon and skills.

I’ve been going to Kate for a few years now and I am very happy with her work! She’s the sweetest person and I enjoy my time with her when I’m there. I get blonde baby lights/highlights and a haircut each time, and for quite a while I had tape in extensions. Kate is very knowledgeable about all that she does and stays up to date on all the latest techniques. One thing I noticed when I first went to her, and appreciate still, is that she is very detailed and really listens to what you want. She got to know my hair type and the type of highlights I like very quickly and it’s been smooth sailing ever since.
I’ve been to a lot of salons in Prescott, but this one is by far the best! You can tell that she really cares about her craft. I got a balayage, but it was more than just an appointment, it was an experience. Her salon is very aesthetic with beautiful lighting. She had a separate room for hair shampooing, with essential oils and music. It felt like a spa. The best part of all was the balayage and cut! Not only did she fix a bad haircut, but she made my hair absolutely beautiful for my wedding that’s coming up and brought it back to life. Thank you so much, Andie!

The beard trim came out excellent — sharp lines, clean shave, and everything was blended and lined up perfectly. He paid attention to the small details and never made the appointment feel rushed. The hot towel treatment, massage tool, and overall atmosphere made it feel like a true barbershop experience.
On top of that, Joey was great to talk to and has a really interesting story. Good conversation, professional service, and top-quality work. I left looking and feeling better than when I walked in. Highly recommend Joey if you want someone who truly cares about their craft.

Lisa at CJ Emporium is a true gem and friend in Prescott! She is the owner and master barber who does modern men's styles and the classics too! This barbershop is built on trust and you can feel the comforting atmosphere when entering. My husband has been going to Lisa for years and refuses to go anywhere else, plus she has been as a loyal friend to him. She's the best barber in Prescott AZ or even most places and is a trusted stylist for the locals, plus she listens and makes, of course, great conversations while the gentlemen are waiting and she is genuine, top of the mountain, good folk! Hands down Tesia is the best! I made an appointment for my first spray tan ever and was so nervous going into it. I did not know what to expect, and had so many questions! I had my nails done by David at V & B Nails and I couldn’t be happier! He did both my artificial nails and a mani-pedi, and honestly, he was so gentle and detail-oriented the whole time. My nails came out flawless – super smooth and shaped just the way I wanted.

This was my first time coming to this shop and I was really skeptical due to my last time being in a nail salon. I left very pleased and happy with my new set. Tommy did an amazing job. His work is very neat and beautiful along with his artwork, he took the time to make sure that all my nails looked their very best and presentable. He was very good at listening and communicating my worries and concerns. I would definitely rate his work 10 out of 10 and I most definitely will be coming back here again. The price for the nails was reasonable as well. If I had any complaints, it would only be about the process of removing previous nails. Other than that everything was on point and I left the salon feeling beautiful and confident. Thank you so much!

I first had powder brows done by Kelly about three years ago, it was a great experience and I loved my brows. This time around I had my brows redone and added in lip blushing. First off, I would like to say that Penny Clark is a total professional, having 17 years experience!! I had decided to get permanent eye makeup after working my entire life and putting eyeliner and makeup on every day, I was tired of that routine. I am 71 years old and retired, and it's so nice to get up in the morning and just put some lipstick on and run out the door! Thank you Penny for making me look beautiful every day and I don't have to do a thing!! So if you are thinking you are too old to do this, you are never too old to try something new!!

A very dear and trusted friend of mine recommended Garden Of Wisdom products. I'm fair and pale, thus careful about what I place on my face and skin. The Youthful Glow pumpkin serum is lovely, not overly harsh whilst giving me a bit of polished finish to my skin. I alternate every now and again with the Garden Of Wisdom pumpkin/papaya mask, which is also quite light and smoothing. I also have the post-shower conditioning oil and the Moraccan hair oil, and they both smell divine. I am very keen to keep up with the Garden Of Wisdom products for even more solutions.

Briezie Beauty Bar has been amazing for both me and my dogs. I’ve used several of her salves for different needs, and each one actually does what it’s meant to do. The paw salve in particular has made a huge difference for my dogs’ pads helping with dryness, cracking, and irritation from walking on hot Arizona ground. I’ve also used other salves for skin care and they’ve been soothing and effective without feeling heavy or artificial. You can tell a lot of care goes into each product. Highly recommend!

I began my journey with Christine about 2 years ago. My toe nails were in rough shape. I had the nails of an old man (I am 72, but hey, I stopped counting). I think the problem started in SE Asia and it’s been downhill ever since (I am still talking about my feet). I was seeing another pedicurist, but I think she only exacerbated the problem. Anyway, Christine was upfront with her procedure and what it required of me (proper foot care) to be successful in getting rid of the fungus and having healthy nails. Today, my nails are healthy and pink not cracked and yellow. I couldn’t be happier. Christine can help achieve success, but you better be willing to put in the work.

He gave me a fair quote upfront, but understandably he was busy and couldn't get there the day i called with an emergency.I went with another Prescott Company called Smart Plumbing. They got there the day of and met my deadline, but the price they gave me was outrageous! and by then, late in the week my hands were tied. I had to get a licensed plumber to give me an inspection to get a permit to turn the gas back on for my renters before the weekend. So i bit the bullet and hired Smart Plumbing for WAY too much. Wish id had the time to wait for an honest service man like this. Ill be planning ahead next time and saving my hard earned $.

We phoned/left a voicemail and received an immediate call back. Our home system was alerting that the grinder pump required maintenance or was failing.
Mr. Albert Guzman came out the next day, did a full inspection and demonstrated
how the pump was on it's last legs.
We were very impressed by his knowledge and experience- he fully explained what the specific problem was and proposed a fix/solution.
He then sourced the parts needed and within 48 hr.s completed the installation and had us back up and running, all for a reasonable cost, (these systems can be very expensive).

I had some issues with the well pump losing pressure, I called for services after business hours on a weekend and the team took care. It was challenging but they found out the root of the problem and solved it. Great team....I can't thank them enough .
Come to find out flushable wipes can cause blockage. It was quick service, Dayton Taylor did a good job. He had a calm demeanor and helpful attitude, even went an extra step to help jump vehicle that was sitting for awhile. Had to move that first to get to the the sewage caps to take off. That was the only way. Someone that can help like that says something about their character. He could of said no thanks and left but did not. Thank you

Our 1920’s Craftsman home is almost 100 years old, so upgrading the electrical system was no small task. The Borgen Electric team handled all the permits, did the electrical installation work, and arranged the Arizona Public Service inspections required to upgrade from a 100 to a 200 amp panel. Then, they tackled the inside wiring that allowed them to install beautiful living room lighting! Michael Town and his crew ran into several challenges associated with hundred-year old wiring during the project, but they overcame them all, without complaint. The final bill was in line with the original estimate and the cost was very reasonable for the amount of work involved. We love our new living room lights and plan to have them return for more renovation in the future!

AZ Oriental & Specialty Rug did a great job cleaning and moth proofing my Moroccan rug. They also added a sleeve on the back so it could be hung on a wall. Ruth was a pleasure to deal with and was always responsive to my calls and emails. She carefully examined the rug and pointed out “discrepancies “ (usually present with hand knotted rugs) before I left it in her care. Totally worth the drive from Phoenix.

Barrett Floors did a wonderful job installing carpet for me. I visited and worked with 3 different places for ideas and bids. It was the salesman Byron at Barrett that worked the hardest of the 3 places to get me what I wanted, so that was why I went with Barrett. Once the carpet got to town, the crew that took out the old and put in the new was very fast and efficient. The next day, the quality control guy DJ came by to check on the job. He was so nice and spent extra time making some little things be perfect. All in all, I will be using them for any future flooring jobs!!

Roger the owner and all the installers are experts. The installation of a gorgeous engineered wood was about as perfect as anything we've ever seen down to the last detail.
Our project started with another shop and a purchase of laminate that when delivered practically poisoned my wife due to illegal formaldehyde level.

Anthony came out today to do a drywood termite treatment at our house. From the time a few weeks ago he did the termite inspection through today, he was very knowledgeable, and he was easy to contact with further questions. Today he called us to tell us he was at the house and if we needed to talk to him again he left his contact number. I highly recommend this company, they are very friendly and helpful.
After moving to our new home in Prescott we we're having a huge issue with spiders. I didn't know who to call so I just googled Pest Control. Avant-Garde was the only company that answered their phone, and was able to come out the next day. They did a very thorough job, and when I saw more bugs, I reached out to them and they came out immediately. I am grateful that we found them and I highly recommend this family owned business.

I have been going to Prescott Smile Care since 2019-2020. It is a very good dental office. Staff is always friendly. The hygienists are very capable and thorough. The hygienist I see regularly, Diana, is excellent. She does her job well. Dr. Tori Bowman provided me with a 3 tooth permanent bridge about a year or so ago, and Iove it. It fits very snugly and I am able to chew evenly on both sides of my mouth. Keep up the good work, Prescott Smile Care.

I’ve had the blessing of being under the care of two excellent dentists for the last 16 years before moving to Prescott Valley. Finding excellent medical practitioners one can trust is difficult, especially in a relatively small community. However, this is not the case with Dr. Lambertus.
No one I know gets excited or enthusiastic about going to the dentist. It’s a universal experience, seemingly. A dental appointment’s mere mention frequently elicits a collective groan, a subtle grimace, or a nervous chuckle. The couple who runs this school is great. Traffic Survival School isn't fun to say the least, but they explained everything very well and were very accommodating.
So I signed up my granddaughter for driving lessons as I felt best to learn from a professional. Jim is a very nice guy and honest. He will give you the hours that you paid for. And he will also do the final test. This is very convenient as you don’t have to go to the Motor Vehicle Department to get this done. He felt my granddaughter needed another lesson so we did pay for one more. Jim is a busy guy so sometimes hard to get a hold of. If you are in a hurry to get your 10 hours in, he may not be the one for you. My granddaughter liked him and said it was really good that she learned from him.
