I am new to the area and was having a hard time finding a vet office who would answer their phone and when I finally did get through, it was days before they could see my sick kitty. I called Prescott Valley Pet Clinic. Rachel answered the phone, listened to me, was kind and scheduled me for the same day. The office is large, clean and I love that there are separate entrances and waiting rooms for dogs and cats. Robin, the vet tech was so kind and caring and really took her time listening to me. Have been going to see Dr Frank for all my fur babies for the last 22 years. The staff is always caring about the needs of my pets. From babies to their final days, we could not ask for more caring people

They are great with my dog, both thorough and understanding. I don't understand some of the negative reviews. We have been to other vets in the area, and hands down, Prescott Vally Pet Clinic is the best. Great staff, smart vets, and my dog likes the staff! Other vets treat my pit bull like oh my scary dog! Prescott Valley Pet Care is the go to for me, and came highly recommended by several pet owners.
