We hired Kyle after seeing an ad in our homeowners association flyer and I also looked at some positive reviews online. Kyle painted 2 of our interior walls in our home and matched the paint and texture perfectly. He was on time and very professional and very efficient and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Kyle and will contact him again to do some paint work soon .

I live in the Granite Dells Prescott AZ. MY story begins with receiving a $1225.00 water bill from Prescott Water Company. When originally contacting them about the bill I was told my leak could be due to excessive leaking in the landscape system. I hired Precision Utility Locating to examine my property for leaks. IT was my best decision ever. Craig came and using he specialized equipment throughly checked every possible leak location in the house (I.e. toilet's, showers, sinks, etc.). No leaks were detected. He then proceeded to checking the landscaping. Here again, no problems were detected. My wife, Craig and myself contacted the Prescott Water department Billing Department. WE had a long conversation with this department and found out there had been an issue with the new metering system. The system transmitter was incorrectly sending the gallons used. The Water department agreed to recalulate the full six months of water consumption from the the beginning of 2026. As a result, they sent us a revised report that dropped our $1225.00 bill to just over $200.00. CRaig and his Precision Utility Locating company was “GOD” sent. He worked with us all the way through dealing with the city..the results speak for itself. Thank you Craig and God Bless.
Our air conditioning, having abruptly stopped working, and having had no prior experience with HVAC companies, I could only read the various reviews, take my best shot & contact Goettl's High Desert Mechanical.
I was subsequently advised that my technician would be Fernando Vasquez, given his background, and advised when he would arrive.
Arriving on time, he proved to be very knowledgeable and professional, explaining each of his steps to diagnosing the failure. Ultimately he provided his findings, some sound advice along with the costs, with no pressure, at all, to upsell me.
Given that the complete fix will require a follow up service call, I pressure to upsell.
that Fernando went beyond protocol to ensure we would remain comfortable until his next promptly scheduled visit to complete the repair.
Thus far, given the follow up visit goes satisfactorily (as I expect it will) I am very pleased with the overall experience and will use them again while highly recommending both Fernando & Goettl’s.
