We met with the owner Turc at lease 4 times to discuss changes to the design before we signed with Able and Ready. During construction Able and Ready's field supervisor visited every day to check on build progress and discuss the daily progress and compaired it to the printed daily work flow calendar. We love our new master bathroom and we are in the planning stages for a second bathroom remodel.“

“My wife and I needed help fixing a flooding issue under one of the rooms built on a crawlspace in our house out in Williamson Valley. I got on the internet, called around to several contractors in the area, and HRS were the only ones who were not only interested in helping but did not hesitate. Some of the other businesses never even called us back...

HRS ended up not only helping us totally solve a daunting issue, but also re-wired part of the house due to rodent damage, re-landscaped the terrain around the house to redirect water away from the foundation, installed French drains, fixed access points to the crawlspace at various locations around the house, repaired damaged fencing, built concrete stairs to the front door with a new sidewalk, and re-roofed our shed with a metal roof. I might even be forgetting some things...oh yeah - and repaired some termite damage!

Bottom line - they saved us and were happy to do it when no one else was. The owner Hue, Chad the foreman, all the office people and every carpenter and laborer that works for them is outstanding. They were always on time, polite, more than courteous and accommodated us in every way possible - and last but not least their work is top notch! The communication and scheduling throughout our project was outstanding.

I cannot recommend them enough - I'd give 'em 20 stars if I could. They don't know it yet but we'll be calling them again here shortly for something else...
