Duane is friendly and did a good job on our leaking pipe repair. We thought he was pricey, then Duane explained all the work he did. Duane guarantees his work. We called him back to address another issue with the hot water recirculating pump. He repaired it and didnt charge us. We would recommend him and call on him again. Thank-you Duane
