Alex and Jesus, out of the Prescott Valley store, did an outstanding job of installing my laminate floor. They were prompt, courteous, and efficient. All the trash and debris were cleaned up. There were out of the ordinary parts to the job and all of them were done as asked and better.
We had vinyl plank flooring and baseboards installed to cover approximately 950 sq ft. The installer, Shane, was prompt and courteous. Preparation and installation was completed in 3 days and the work was exceptional. It was such a smooth process that went above our expectations. Shane’s attitude was positive and he remained committed to completing the job timely with great pride in his work. A+ service!
We ordered new carpet from Home Depot in Prescott, Az., frankly as a whole we have not been happy with past installations from Home Depot in California and Washington. Not the case here in Prescott. Western States Flooring sent Cecilio (sp?) and partner. They arrived on time, were 100% prepared to do the job. Verified everything with me before getting to work….and boy did they get to work. Efficient, clean, responsible, caring, and respectful of my home and furnishings. I would highly recommend Western State Flooring and if you are really lucky, you might get Cecilio!!!!
