Brandon worked with insurance to get roofs replaced at very little cost, was very communicative, and showed up promptly, even fixing a pipe fail within 30 minutes. The crew did fantastic and thorough work, and when new issues were discovered, they worked with insurance to ensure coverage. Zachary inspected a roof for free, noting good condition, and Zach Radmal surmounted minor glitches during a replacement project. The company makes big expenses manageable and shows roofs the attention they desperately need. Met with Zachary and he inspected my roof and found a few nails sticking out on my sky lights. He did not charge me and said roof was in good condition. Will keep Valor in mind when I need some work to be completed on my roof in the future. Thank you Zachary.
My roof was the bane of my existence every time it rained and I had no way to cover the cost of a new roof. Enter Valor and Brandon Monaghan. Brandon worked with my insurance to get my roof replaced at very little cost to me. Brandon was very communicative and professional throughout the entire process. He showed up to make sure that the work was done right and he was there to meet with the adjuster to make sure they understood the issues. Top notch service and excellent quality. Brandon responded to every call, from beginning to end of the whole process, promptly, and when we had a pipe fail, he showed up literally within 30 minutes to fix it. Courteous, knowledgeable and able to make a big expense manageable. You cannot go wrong with Valor!
