“I had a lead service line and worked with the city of Milwaukee to get it replaced. Mid City was the contractor that the city hired. The team was led by Anthony Scott, and everyone was extremely professional, organized, and thoughtful. They made sure my house, inside and out, stayed as clean as possible and answered all my questions throughout the day. They started promptly at 8:00 am and were finished early afternoon. Very thankful for lead-free water!”

We'll be found the part thus saving me from the worst case scenario. He was so nice, professional, and knowledgeable. I feel he went above and beyond. I also appreciated how he was able to come sooner than scheduled. ( I called yesterday and got an appointment thr next day!) Additionally I really appreciate the communication and even receiving a text with the technicians name and picture - I am a single woman and that provided a peace of mind. “John was nice and respectful. He came in got to work right away. He talked with my Husband and cleaned up left the basement in great shape. We had Travis and Deon in for duct cleaning, being an older home and never having it done before. They had some dust come through where the vent cover didn't meet the wall snuggly, they went through with a shop vac got the extra dust up. They all did a great job were friendly helpful and I'm glad I signed up with them<br><br>We had Jacob in to replace our air conditioner. He explained things great, was patient with our grandpuppy who was overly protective of us, she just kept barking and we had to go to other rooms so I could hear. They cleaned up everything leaving the basement and yard the way it was when they came. Polite and respectful.”

I contacted 3 different companies starting with the company who installed my original Boiler and had been servicing it for the past 15 years. I will not name the competitors but I will say Heating and Cooling Drs was by far the best option. What set them apart was their quick response, professional approach and real true pricing. I never felt like i was being sold. I did my own research and the Boiler they installed happens to be one of the best Boilers on the market. “We chose D&M because of others we know who speak very highly of them. We also like the fact that they are, in our opinions, truthful and honest. We started with Tim Silva who inspected the unit (19 years old) and he indicated that the burners were rusted. We decided to replace the unit rather than put more money into it. We were put on the schedule and Jaime and Elijah, the service techs arrived to do the work. They were very courteous and got right to work. They did an excellent job, including cleanup, and explained everything about the furnace and answered any and all questions. These guys make you feel comfortable that they are the ones replacing your furnace. We highly recommend D & M Heating and Air Conditioning.<br><br>Just to add, a few weeks ago D & M sent a technician named Zach to see if our AC needed replacing. He was polite and knowledgeable and to me, the most important part........honest. Although our AC is old he said it was performing within the normal ranges for ACs and that a new unit was not needed at this time. I'm betting that with other places the recommendation would be that an AC replacement was needed seeing as they just replaced the furnace. Thanks Zach and thanks D & M. When it's time for a new unit I will be calling you guys to put one in.”

Gross had come out twice and serviced the unit to keep her running over the last decade, but I knew all good things must come to an end eventually. I purchased a 2 ton Carrier unit and Daniel, an awesome HVAC guy, was able to install it that same week! He even had to deal with a crazy dog and handled it all like a pro. He paid attention to the small details and taught me how to hose the unit down to clean it. (I was never quite sure how to do this the correct way.) I can't thank Gross and Daniel enough!”
