“Went out of town Labor Day weekend and came back to the house with no A/C working and it was 87 inside. I called and they wanted $250 to come out Labor Day so I waited a day when the service call was $89. Brian was on time and it took him about 5 minutes to diagnose a failed capacitor. He explained everything as he was working on it and had it back up in 15 minutes. He also tested the refrigerant and gave it a once over as I have never done any maintenance or had a check up on the unit in 15 years. Got a $40 discount as well. Rocco came out for the first year check. He was thorough in answering all my questions and very friendly. Even my cat liked him! Today I had a sump pump with backup system installed with their plumber Caleb. He was helpful from the day he came out to asses what was needed, and again today when he installed the system. Explained everything and even gave great insight to the drainage issues around the outside of my house that affect my foundation. I found not only a great HVAC business but a great plumber as well!
