We chose D&M because of others we know who speak very highly of them. We also like the fact that they are, in our opinions, truthful and honest. We started with Tim Silva who inspected the unit (19 years old) and he indicated that the burners were rusted. We decided to replace the unit rather than put more money into it. We were put on the schedule and Jaime and Elijah, the service techs arrived to do the work. They were very courteous and got right to work. They did an excellent job, including cleanup, and explained everything about the furnace and answered any and all questions. They have been responsive and have done good work for us. They were also willing to install an air conditioner we got used from my parents, which other companies wouldn't consider. I really appreciate their flexibility, professionalism, and expertise. Their technicians did great work. I would recommend.
We are extremely happy with the install of our furnace air conditioner and water heater on 5/19/26. The technicians did an excellent job removing all the old equipment, installing the new equipment and cleaning up the site. All within one day. They were prompt, respectful of the property and very professional.
We have used D&M for seasonal check ups and furnace repair. Always found them reasonable, genuine and honest. Would recommend them to anyone.
