I've been using D & M since I bought my house 2 1/2 years ago. Tim's been coming out biannually for routine maintenance/cleaning of my furnace and A/C and has been consistently professional, prompt, and friendly. I very much appreciate the advice he offers (some of it's even regular home advice...things I didn't know, since this is my first home. He doesn't have to tell me these things, but he goes above and beyond) and his thorough explanations, since he has to break it down for me. I also appreciated last year's forewarning about my most likely needing a new furnace this year, so it didn't come as an unforseen expense. I believe my tech was Jeff G. He was great, he explained everything he was looking at and doing and was very knowledgeable and quick to diagnose and repair the issue. I’ve always had great experiences with D&M and this visit was no different. I also thought the price of the repair was very reasonable.
They showed up exactly when they were supposed to. They were nice but professional. They were efficient and clean. The service was scheduled and completed within 3 days of reaching out. Would highly recommend.
