Communication during the process was very good. Ed showed up in a clean uniform. We discussed the issue and he quickly understood the situation. He did a through inspection of the furnace while I watched. He explained what he was doing, which I really appreciated. We are happy campers.

Every one that I dealt with was very professional, knowledge, and pleasant to work with.
