“Called Thielmann to have some service completed with a old copper pipe that was leaking in a difficult location in a finished basement (behind a drywall ceiling). Spoke with Jodi who was able to schedule me a few days out, Dan E and his apprentice showed up on the scheduled time with plenty of communication as to where to go.<br><br>Dan was very professional in evaluating the leak, situation, and need for repair. Took them less than a half hour to finish the job and to verify the work completed for leaks. Thielmann warrants their work completed and this company will be my first call again for any issues plumbing or HVAC related issue with my home.”

He answered all the questions we had even made effort to find out our unit serial number which missed for some reason, it will be easier for the future needs. He recommended adding more freon and cleaning up the unit and checking out everything that makes sure everything was working normally. Job well done. Thank you Rob! “Our furnace stopped blowing air and was giving off a burning smell. We decided to go with Third Coast because of the reviews and we definitely did not regret that choice. They came to the house right away, diagnosed the problem, and had the furnace up and running faster than I would have predicted. They were very upfront about pricing for a repair. Our unit is pretty old; they were honest about how much life it had left but there wasn’t pressure to immediately replace it. I would highly recommend Third Coast for your furnace needs. We will be keeping them in mind for when the time comes to replace the old furnace.”

I contacted 3 different companies starting with the company who installed my original Boiler and had been servicing it for the past 15 years. “I've been using D & M since I bought my house 2 1/2 years ago. Tim's been coming out biannually for routine maintenance/cleaning of my furnace and A/C and has been consistently professional, prompt, and friendly. I very much appreciate the advice he offers (some of it's even regular home advice...things I didn't know, since this is my first home. He doesn't have to tell me these things, but he goes above and beyond) and his thorough explanations, since he has to break it down for me. I also appreciated last year's forewarning about my most likely needing a new furnace this year, so it didn't come as an unforseen expense. The guys just left a bit ago from installing it today, and they were also very professional and courteous. And last, but not least, the ladies in the the office are always very helpful and pleasant to deal with. That said, I highly recommend D & M.<br><br>Update (7/10/26): It wouldn't allow me to leave a new review, so I'm adding to this one, years later. I'm still with D &M, receiving the same, consistent service. My A/C was no longer blowing cold air, so I called this a.m. to see if anyone could come out. I was given the 12:30-4:30 time slot, but possibly earlier. I was fully prepared to need a new unit, but Tim got here, found that it was just the capacitor, and had it replaced just before noon. I've always appreciated their timeliness, professionalism, and HONESTY. Thanks, Tim amd D & M!”
