“Where to start? I was in a cold house for 2 days as my furnace went out. I started by purchasing the minor things like the flame ignitor and the heat sensor. None of those were it as it turned out to be the inducer motor. Well, no one had it available, and I called Tri-Town. The lady told me they can have it available in a few hours at a lower price from other places!! Those ladies working there treated me with so much kindness and were so helpful even to the point that when my part arrived they were about to close for the day, and Jane said she will wait for me to pick up the part!! I already spread the word about this place to others..... thank you so much!!!“

Dane came in and fixed my furnace in about two hours, this was after a another provider said it was too old and recommended replacing the new furnace. I am great to have a knowledgeable HVAC technician work on our system Armstrong Air Furnace. Promptly figured out the problem and explained everything to me in terms I could understand. “I used USA Heating Cooling Plumbing & Electric's plumbing services earlier this year. I had a complicated project where I wanted to replace my sink, and keep in place my existing granite countertop. Most companies I spoke to said that this was impossible or something that they would not do whatsoever. I originally had an appointment for a tune-up with another well-known group who told me I needed over $5,000 of new duct work. Dave came out, reviewed my equipment and provided me with a much more honest assessment. Could I use the larger duct work? Sure. Did I need it now. No. Were there other options to obtain a similar result at a much lower cost? Yes. Would I be alright and my furnace operate perfectly fine if I did nothing? Yes. I really appreciate his honesty and I will be calling him in the future for all my HVAC needs so that I am not taken advantage of like I almost was with the other company!“
