“Can't say enough good things about Gregg Heating and owner Kyle. Replaced my furnace back in November. Excellent workmanship. Now my old AC unit didn't start up. Called Gregg Heating. Kyle showed up the next day and found a mouse nest. He cleaned out the unit and did some rewiring to get it going. Also let me sign up for their awesome maintenance plan for $280 and counted this visit as the AC inspection. No additional fees. Integrity is a dwindling characteristic these days. “I used Custom Home Heating & Air for a few years as a homeowner. They handled yearly maintenance for my A/C, Furnace, and air handler. They were always prompt, showed up when they said they would, and answered all my questions. The guy who came out most of the time struck up a friendship with one of my cats. Never had any real problems and was always happy with the service. When there were issues, they listened to me respectfully, handled the situation correctly without me having to even ask, and were prompt about resolution. I only stopped using them because I sold my house & moved - but the new owners started a new service contract with them. “It's not every day you find an honest HVAC company but I've now used Heinrichs home comfort twice in the last few months (unfortunate timing of old equipment), once to replace our furnace and just now to repair our air conditioning. Heinrichs did a great job suggesting a repair instead of full replacement that should hopefully get us several more years of functioning air conditioning before needing to do a full replacement. Even when the job didn't go exactly as planned, Heinrichs pulled through and completed the job with attention to detail! Thanks for getting us comfortable again!“

“The service tech name Rob was very professional and polite and patient. He answered all the questions we had even made effort to find out our unit serial number which missed for some reason, it will be easier for the future needs. He recommended adding more freon and cleaning up the unit and checking out everything that makes sure everything was working normally. Job well done. Thank you Rob! “John was nice and respectful. He came in got to work right away. He talked with my Husband and cleaned up left the basement in great shape. We had Travis and Deon in for duct cleaning, being an older home and never having it done before. They had some dust come through where the vent cover didn't meet the wall snuggly, they went through with a shop vac got the extra dust up. They all did a great job were friendly helpful and I'm glad I signed up with them

We had Jacob in to replace our air conditioner. He explained things great, was patient with our grandpuppy who was overly protective of us, she just kept barking and we had to go to other rooms so I could hear. They cleaned up everything leaving the basement and yard the way it was when they came. Polite and respectful.“
