I was in need of a new boiler during the worst time of the year. I contacted 3 different companies starting with the company who installed my original Boiler and had been servicing it for the past 15 years. I will not name the competitors but I will say Heating and Cooling Drs was by far the best option. What set them apart was their quick response, professional approach and real true pricing. I never felt like i was being sold. I did my own research and the Boiler they installed happens to be one of the best Boilers on the market. Blower went out on furnace and the heat inducer was burning. They showed up within 20 minutes, diagnosed the issue and installed a new furnace the next morning. Service and price were very reasonable.
Fast quick efficient service! Had to spend the night freezing after my furnace decided to die out while I was at work.(things like this seem to happen at night) The young guy came in unscrewed the furnace,replaced corroded wires—-end of story —it took about 15 mins to get the heat back on and he replaced the old wires. Wow I was and am very grateful!!!
