“Great manners, non-argumentative, good listeners, competence, reasonable pricing, and the thoroughness of electrical and plumbing services have been added to the original heating/cooling. So pleased with this company. We’ve been using them for 20 years and they keep getting better and better. Bravo! Whatever you’re doing, keep doing it! Thank you!”
“Working with William was great! He gave a fair estimate and price, and looking forward to getting my new heating and cooling system!”
“The entire team at Gross has always provided trusted and quality work since day one for us! It's obvious they're a local Family owned and operated business that cares!
They've kept our older mechanicals running smoothly over the years and have aways showed up when needed (within 2 hours at times). When it was time for new ones they made it happen! With excellent communication along the way!
They sent out experienced salespeople & technicians which made the entire process reassuring. They also provided very respectable pricing with some of the most reliable equipment in the industry.
Their entire team has always gone above and beyond and they were happy to do so. We'll definitely be one of their customers for the distant future 💯”
