Called Thielmann to have some service completed with a old copper pipe that was leaking in a difficult location in a finished basement (behind a drywall ceiling). Spoke with Jodi who was able to schedule me a few days out, Dan E and his apprentice showed up on the scheduled time with plenty of communication as to where to go.
Dan was very professional in evaluating the leak, situation, and need for repair. Took them less than a half hour to finish the job and to verify the work completed for leaks. Thielmann warrants their work completed and this company will be my first call again for any issues plumbing or HVAC related issue with my home.
