This company is amazing. As a new homeowner, I can't say enough good things about the service we received.
I called around 7:00 AM in a panic after we had a major HVAC issue the night before. We called several companies, but no one could come out until late afternoon or even the evening. Thankfully, they had an opening at 8:00 AM because of a cancellation, and they were able to fit us in right away. It worked out perfectly for both of us.
Nelson was outstanding. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a circuit board issue, which I never would have figured out myself. He got our central air running again so our family could stay comfortable during these hot summer days.

We had a new air conditioner installed the installation team led by Paul. L did a great job. Answered our questions. Told us exactly what to do as far as the next step. And we are very happy with them. The sales guy could’ve been a little nicer and said thank you for the order. And could’ve followed up on a couple of things that he needed to. Also, we want to complement the Office staff. They were very helpful through the whole thing answered our questions responded to all our requests. All in all will use Bergin anytime we need to in the future.
Very pleased with service technician, Kurt. Took time to explain things well and answer any questions re the Sump pump and the battery back up sump pump he installed today. Very courteous and prompt as well.
