We are very pleased with the service we received in the install of our new furnace last week. Tim was the installer and was very professional. I watched his work at times throughout the day and inspected it after the job was done. In my opinion, he did an impeccable job. I highly recommend Tim and Cliff Bergin to others.
I've used Cliff Bergin P&H since they installed my furnace some years ago. They are always able to help me quickly if any problems come up. My furnace went out over the weekend. I left a message requesting service early Monday at 7, and by mid-morning the problem was found, new parts installed, humidifier pad replaced, and the house is warm again. Called this morning due to issues with our furnace. Responded very quickly to the issue and was able to resolve the problem for a good rate. Definitely will be going to get other equipment serviced there in the spring!
